Dr. Kristen Brown will be sharing her research at this CEMinar. Dr. Brown is a highly trained epidemiologist with over 10 years of research experience. Over this time, she has obtained subject matter expertise spanning the social and biological sciences and applied this knowledge to public health studies. Her research focuses on understanding how social and genetic factors interact to impact health and how such factors can be leveraged to develop precise, personalized prevention and treatment strategies.

Dr. Brown is a research fellow at the National Institutes of Health, National Genome Research Institute, Social and Behavioral Research Branch, Social Epidemiology Unit. Dr. Brown, with her expertise in human social genomics, gene by environment interactions and health equity.
